The house, held by a German once, is now administered by a Venezuelan who speaks Spanish and has some notions of English. Rooms with shared bathroom are clean, such as mini-apartments (kitchen, bathroom, indoor and outdoor dining rooms, 5 beds) which are in good general condition.
