A five-hectare hilly vineyard producing quality Welsh wine (pinot noir, rondo and phoenix grapes). Take the opportunity to stroll through the vineyards (especially in autumn, when the colors are magnificent). Or to discover the winemaking process and learn more about Welsh specificities thanks to the passion of owners Robb and Nicola Merchant. Even if the country isn't renowned for its wine, there are plenty of surprises in store for the curious. You can even adopt a vineyard and receive a bottle of this vintage later on.

Located in the village of Exton, two hours drive from London, is the Exton Park estate. Located on chalk soil similar to that of Champagne, the vineyard produces sparkling wines of remarkable finesse. Among them, the Rosé RB 23 is made from 70% pinot noir and 30% pinot meunier. This charming wine of English pink color releases a perfume of wild strawberry, to leave in mouth notes of white peach and plum. A delight to be savored during an Afternoon Tea with cheesecake or scones with raspberry jam!
