Read moreThe Coney Island Sirens Parade is traditionally held on the last or penultimate weekend of June. The stated goal is to elect the most beautiful mermaid after the parades by tank, car or other carriage. This show, which is burlesque, erotic and cheesy at the same time, is a pretext for fun in a fairground atmosphere from another time! More than 3,000 people participate in the parade each year. LAS VEGAS PRIDE PARADE
Read moreOrganized by the Southern Nevada Association of Pride, this is the largest annual gay gathering in Las Vegas. The parade route begins in the Downtown district in the late afternoon (around 6 p.m.). Participants make their way up4th Street, converging a few blocks south on the Fremont Street Experience. This annual event brings together not only the gay community, but also many businesses that support the LGBTQ cause. Las Vegas also hosts many other events throughout the year.
