In the privileged setting of Red Cliffs Lodge, this solid wood restaurant places you in the heart of the landscape and offers regional dishes cooked to perfection by chef K.C. Fazel: grilled salmon, Utah trout, fish tacos, barbecue, pork ribs, grilled ranch steak... not to mention a local wine list. BBQ Buffet Lunch on the terrace near the river between April and October.
