On the spot (just a few tables) or to take away, the principle is simple: you choose your fresh pasta (rigatoni, tagliatelle, paccheri, fusilli, etc.), the filling and the homemade sauce of your choice (carbonara, bolognese, pistachio pesto, etc.) and in 5 minutes it's ready. Everything is fresh and made to order, the portions are generous and the prices riquiqui.
