The most economical way to get around the city is by public bus. Dublin Bus also offers a "Hop on Hop off" double decker bus tour of the city - Dublin Sightseeing - as well as excursions (Glendalough and Powerscourt, or Malahide Castle and Howth). You can get a map with the routes and bus numbers from the Dublin Bus Office or from tourist offices. Always carry the correct amount of money with you, as the drivers do not give change.
