Each of the 32 lines of the Luxembourg City bus network connects the urban districts with the city center and/or the station area. Several of these lines are extended into neighboring municipalities. These lines are complemented by special services, including the City Shopping Bus (CSB), which runs every 10 minutes between the Glacis parking lot and the city center. AUTOBUS TICE

Founded in 1914, the TICE (Transport intercommunal du canton d'Esch) brings together nine municipalities in the mining basin, a region located in the south-west of the country. The TICE currently has around 107 buses and operates a network of 17 bus lines covering an area stretching from Rodange to Dudelange. As a general rule, buses run every 15 minutes on the main lines and every 30 minutes on the secondary lines. Timetables can be consulted on the Mobilitéit website. TICE is also in charge of buses for school transport.

AUTOBUS RGTR

The RGTR (Régime général des transports routiers) is placed under the direct authority of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure, but is provided by private bus companies. With more than 340 lines, it serves the various localities in the Grand Duchy via a network of inter-communal links. A large part of the lines operate according to a regular timetable, with departures every hour. There are also cross-border RGTR lines, linking localities in the three neighbouring countries with Luxembourg.
