Germaine and Housseine worked in close contact with Moroccan farmers, helping them to implement virtuous technical itineraries. Now they're at the other end of the chain, marketing and promoting farm products grown with respect for nature and people. Located in Sidi Ghanem, their grocery store offers certified organic or agroecological fresh produce, as well as local products. After a visit, you can fill your suitcase with honey from Souss, dried vegetables from Errachidia or Amlou.

Close to Place des Nations, Ouafaa has opened this 100% organic cooperative. She sells produce from her 7-hectare property south of Asilah, as well as from some fifteen small-scale organic producers associated with her. You'll find all kinds of seasonal vegetables, including fantastic tomatoes, and delicious wholemeal bread made from barley and durum flour and baked in a traditional beldi oven. The homemade orange and strawberry jams are delicious. Organic tomato sauce in small jars, Chaouen olive oil and couscous seed will delight gourmets.
