It brings together several artisans in the region who have formed a cooperative, whose manager Mohamed is also an official guide. On the spot, we can appreciate the work of a craftsman of the damasquinerie. There are all sorts of objects, from embroidered tablecloths to bronze sculptures, through jewelry and traditional carpets.

Held by a Moroccan with taste, the shop of Abdelmotalib Rabeh is a real Ali Baba's cave. There is a wide range of Moroccan crafts, from Berber jewelry to blue ceramics from Fez, through traditional clothing and slippers. Lovers of precious stones can find beautiful samples of cobalts and amethysts. Abdelmotalib has two other shops, one for paintings, the other for Berber and Touareg carpets. To get good prices, however, you will have to use your negotiating skills.

Among the most serious souvenir stores in Marrakech is the Orientaliste located on rue de la Liberté in the center of town. It is impossible to leave without having acquired a small refined local object that will find its place in your suitcase. Whether it's a bag, blue Moroccan earthenware, a Berber jewel, an old advertising poster, a decorative object, or a candle scented with rose or jasmine, the good taste and quality are noteworthy, enough to make us fall in love. Mineral stores are the only ones in Midelt, but this one is our favorite, for the kindness of Mr. Rifki and the quality of his products. Jewelry, lamps, photophores, selenite products, fossils, precious stones, decorative gypsum objects and other minerals find their place here. Some of these products can be found in the stores of Marrakech at higher prices. It is therefore better to buy them here and thus participate in the development of the region.

Design studio, boutique, showroom... this atypical place combines vintage pieces, unisex designer clothes, books and objects, and even antiques. We owe all these finds to Willem Smit, globe-trotter and inveterate bargain hunter, who brings back little treasures from the four corners of the world. In Tangiers's Kasbah, Andrée Douchet, a French woman, opened his shop where she offers her creations of high quality clothing and crafts at very affordable prices.

This shop specializing in the sale of handmade Berber carpets has a long history. It is now held by Adil and Abdou, two friendly brothers, who have the love of the craft pegged to the soul. They inherited it from their father, a leather craftsman, who came from Fez to Tangier to sell his articles. In 1979, he took this shop in the medina to sell directly. When his sons took over the business, they named it after their origins. They also put forward Tangierese painters.
