Read moreThe Tenerife tramway currently operates on two lines. Line 1 connects Santa Cruz to La Laguna at 21 stations along a 12.5 km route, following an east-west route that forms a large V in the urban area. Opened in 2007, it runs all day and weekends, with trains every 10 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes after 9 p.m. and on weekends. Opened in 2009, line 2 runs from Cuesta to Tincer, 5 stations along a north-south axis, with 2 stations shared with line 1: Hospital Universitario and El Cardonal.

Read moreEcological, fast and comfortable, the streetcar runs for about 30 kilometers and makes a total of 56 stops. There are two streetcar lines in Barcelona: the Trambaix (T1, T2, T3), which connects Plaça Francesc Macià and the residential towns of Sant Just Desvern, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Cornellà; and the Trambesòs (T4, T5, T6), which runs between Vila Olímpica and the port of Badalona, passing through Glòries and the Fòrum district. There is a municipal project to connect these two lines through Avenida Diagonal.

From Atxuri station, it joins La Casilla station along a pleasant route along the river, passing through Ribera, Arriaga, Abando, Pío Baroja, Uribitarte, Guggenheim, Abandoibarra, Euskalduna, Sabino Arana and San Mamés stations. During a stay in Bilbao, it is better to use this option to get around the city, which is much more convenient than the metro!
