Swimming lessons for adults and children from 4 years old are given and aquagym sessions are held regularly. A 97 m² learning pool with a depth of 59 cm, perfect for children.

Founded in 1963 by Jean-Claude Robin, the Cercle des Nageurs Calédoniens (CNC) is an institution in the swimming community. It is one of the best French clubs and Lara Grangeon, selected for the 2012 London Olympics and French champion on several occasions, is a member. In the building of the Cercle, there is the official swimming pool (25 m) as well as an Olympic pool (50 m). A store and a place to eat and take a break: the snack La Marinière.

Dayu biik means "hard kaori", a name associated with the endemic kaori of Mount Panie. This association fights for the conservation of nature and supports the development of ecotourism. Its tasks are multiple: support to environmental and educational activities in the framework of the protection of the endemic fauna and flora, help to the sustainable development in tribe and to the knowledge and safeguard of the natural and cultural heritage. Particularly active, they regularly organize events and interventions to raise awareness.

The ranch has about thirty horses and ponies of all origins, trained by David Zwanepoel who will lead you from half a day to several days on horseback, on an island or in the Chain. Installed in the aerodrome of La Foa - Ouatom, the Center is open every weekend to beginners and confirmed skydivers. Adrenalin and unforgettable landscapes are waiting for you! The view on the lagoon and the mountains is unforgettable. You must be at least 15 years old, weigh less than 90 kg, not have dived in the last 24 hours and present a medical certificate. There are several packages to choose from: the initiation jump, the tandem jump, and the jump for experienced divers.

This accrobranches park includes four courses (you can choose 3) and 40 workshops, located up to 20 m above the ground and is equipped with an 80 m long tyrolienne. The youngest will always be supervised by professionals during their evolution in the trees, so don't worry. Don't forget to bring closed shoes. An excellent place to spend a good time with your family. The secure equipment will delight the children who will be able to exercise while having fun, and take the zip line overhanging the different courses.

Renovated in 2014, the former 75-hectare municipal golf course has been transformed into the Dumbéa Garden Golf, a dynamic brand open to younger players. Lessons are offered throughout the year (ask about the dates of open days and introductory courses). If you don't have your own equipment, the golf course can rent you clubs and even a cart to play the course (which is recommended). The restaurant is open to all, even those not playing, and is very good. Beware of mosquitoes near the river...

This golf course is located 15 minutes from the Tontouta airport and one hour from Noumea. This 18-hole golf course has a great reputation in New Caledonia, it belongs to the Paillottes de la Ouenghi complex (so spending a weekend there is easily possible). The course is very well laid out and even better maintained, and after finishing, you can go to the restaurant on site for a nice culinary break. We recommend Golf de la Ouenghi for all green lovers who want to spend a relaxing day.

A real character, Jacques Loquet is a mine of information on the region! On foot or in a 4x4, he will take you to the viewpoint of the Heart of Voh at an altitude of 700 m. He will share with you his knowledge of the Heart (mangroves, mangroves, endemic plants) and of nickel (Koniambo massif, the North plant, or the Tonkinese village). The association is doing a magnificent job of preservation.

From the Nengone Village Hotel, Boniface offers a guided snorkeling tour on the drop off of Hnalé Bay, in Pédé. As the island does not have a diving club, this activity is the only option to discover Maré's seabed. Optimist, windsurfing, Hobie Cat 13, kayak rental. The rates are reasonable and the person is very welcoming. Lessons are given in the Canio nautical center, for beginners and advanced. Group or private lessons, the choice is yours! We tested the group lessons and the atmosphere was charming and good-natured.

The Nautical Animation Center of Chateaubriand Bay offers equipment rental. Many options are available to discover the beautiful waters of Lifou and it is recommended to book in advance, especially on weekends. Open or single kayak, double kayak, windsurf, funboard, Hobie Cat 14, Hobie Cat 13, catamarans, etc. The staff is very friendly. The perfect place to spend a relaxing and/or sporty afternoon!
