The best accommodations South Korea

A friendly guesthouse lovingly run by Judith and her husband. The owner speaks good English and treats her guests as friends. The rooms are spacious and simply decorated, but have excellent bedding, private bathrooms and are well heated in winter. The communal area is pleasant, with breakfast included and a wealth of information to help you prepare for your stay. To top it all off, the location is perfect, not far from the train station, fish market and key bus stops.

Very good value for money for this relatively well located hotel (very close to the town hall and therefore to the buses). The ondol-type rooms (underfloor heating) are all very comfortable, airy and modern. The decoration without being overloaded remains elegant by its beige, white and black colour code. The hotel has a small fitness room and a buffet-style restaurant serving Korean and Western cuisine. A good option for sleeping in Suwon.
