Count on Rp 150,000 for a trip between Bangsal (the port opposite the Gili Islands) and Senggigi, and Rp 200/250,000 to Mataram. Drivers are generally friendly and helpful, and for a fee (usually Rp 100/200,000) they can also wait for you for a few hours on site during your visit, so you don't have to look for another cab.
