CONTINENTAL STORE

Shopping mall

Located in front of the recently reconstructed Anglican Cathedral, this discreet store is a good summary of what is more or less easy to find in Seychelles, where so many products are not available. From crockery, toys, tools and some beauty products, for hair above all (lacquers and gels) and full of cheap fragrances with testing (not Guerlain…). Food also, but the choice is limited to some preserved (including the inevitable seselwa tuna) and boxes of dry cakes. BALA SHOPPING CENTER

Shopping mall

This pocket-self-service is certainly not great, but there is a certain choice, whether it's vegetables or vacuum cold meats (not bad, salami in the country). You can also find on these rays of castor oil (against constipation), cod liver oil (to grow and resist infections), coconut blades from China and flip-flops imported from Malaysia.

EDEN PLAZA

Shopping mall

Preserved until recently from the throes of the consumer society, the Seychelles are gradually giving in to temptation. Symbol of this evolution, the Eden Plaza is the only real mall in the country and since 2021 it even hosts... a big casino! Otherwise, ready-to-wear stores, jewelry, bookstores, cafes, wine shops, supermarkets, clinics, hairdressers, currency exchange offices and banks are all located under this elegant wooden building, which blends harmoniously into the decor of the Eden Island marina. With nearly 70 shops, even the big brands have a foothold in paradise.
