Not a classic lounge, but a private terminal in its own right, physically located several hundred meters from the "general public" terminal. You're greeted as you exit the aircraft and taken directly to the lounge, where you're given a warm welcome and offered drinks and snacks. Within 30 minutes, formalities have been completed (customs, immigration, health), you've taken a shower if you wish, and your vacation has already begun. Ditto in reverse for departure, with the concierges taking care of everything: check-in, etc. Select!
