From what was a hamlet of dry-stone houses in the mineral immensity of Jebel Akhdar, the Omani Sama group - known for its ecolodges and small camps integrated into their environment - has designed a comfortable refuge for hikers and mountain lovers. only 3 rooms, traditional in style but comfortable (with private bathroom), and a small restaurant where you can satisfy your hunger after walking the famous Balcony Walk which starts right next door.

In the remote mountains of Jebel Samhan, like a fortress set on a vast plateau, the Sama Group - specialists in boutique hotels in the heart of accessible but remote sections of the sultanate - plants this small establishment with just 14 rooms, including 2 Family units. From the top of the cliff, the view embraces an impressive panorama all the way to the sea.
