Mónica Durán Pérez's family has always been in the restaurant business. Both a teacher and a cook, Mónica thought it would be nice to set up a small cooking academy in a nice and ideal location, the patio of her home. Her classes start with a visit to the market and then, back at her house, you'll learn how to make tortillas, enchiladas and chilaquiles, salsa roja and verde, mole poblano and ceviche.
