Several blocks of hangars occupy a whole area dedicated to the trade of tax-free and pirated products. You will find everything from car tires to Christian Dior perfumes, alcohol, DVDs of movies that have just been released, etc. Most of the merchandise is smuggled in, but the government tolerates the presence of these "illicit" tiendas, which bring in a lot of money for who knows who... You can go there without much risk, because in order to attract a large clientele, the petty thieves are shunned by the vendors themselves.

The Centro Andino was built in the mid-2000s. It is a shopping mall of human scale, of high standing, very appreciated by the upper middle class and wealthy, for its beautiful national and international brand stores. It is located in the beautiful neighborhoods (El Retiro), in the middle of Zona T, with a lot of restaurants and cafes around (and inside). There is also a movie theater and many services (ATMs, currency exchange, etc.). For a break, the Juan Valdez Café offers a pleasant terrace on the first floor.

One of the most pleasant shopping centers in the capital. Built in a former hacienda in the Usaquén neighborhood at the foot of the mountain - the Hacienda Santa Barbara was declared an architectural heritage site in 1987 - it has interior gardens and open-air galleries. Located in the historic Saquenzipá valley, less than 8 kilometers from Villa de Leyva's main square, the viñedo enjoys exceptional conditions for vine-growing, with high light levels, a marked temperature range between day and night, and clay soil that lends body and intensity to the wines produced. Viñedo Umaña Dajud offers guided tours of the vineyard, starting every half-hour from 9am until 6pm. The last guided tour starts at 5pm. It is advisable to book your visit at least 24 hours in advance. It is therefore advisable to book before visiting the viñedo Umaña Dajud to avoid the risk of not being able to be accommodated due to limited capacity. Viñedo Umaña Dajud also offers different plans for visitors, such as an introduction to wine, a family plan, a romantic plan and a plan for enjoying the afternoon with a wine tasting and gourmet canasta. Please note that the wines produced by viñedo Umaña Dajud are only available for internal consumption under the plans offered.
