Located in the heart of the old city of Istanbul, this restaurant guarantees a refined dinner in a pleasant garden with a magnificent view of the Cafera Medrese (Sinan's work), lulled by soft Turkish classical music. On the menu, an Ottoman cuisine that was served in the Palace, revisited, delicious and copious. Mahmudiye (chicken with honey, lemon and cinnamon sauce) is retained. The restaurant is in a hotel but it is worth a visit.

A magnificent terrace spreads out in front of a beautiful Ottoman building with a wooden facade. A pomegranate tree and its garland, a bric-a-brac of glass jars and above all a breathtaking view of the Blue Mosque. This brand no longer holds any secrets for the people of Istanbul who like to sit down at one of the three Çiya restaurants on the street. You can choose between Çiya Kebab or Sofrasi. But rest assured, in both, the dishes are excellent, the meat is of high quality and the mezze is perfectly seasoned. For dessert, try the pumpkin syrup, which is really typical and surprising! 30 minutes from Izmir, this gastronomic restaurant offers refined and modern cuisine in a garden surrounded by olive trees. Everything has been carefully thought out and meticulously made from the starter to the dessert. The dishes you are tasting will be explained to you as you go along. Interesting local wine list and delicious sorrel cocktail. Sure, it's more expensive than elsewhere but you get what you pay for. The restaurant has a nice little boutique wine hotel for guests who want to sleep in. Ask about it.

Good plan alert! In the covered area of the fish market is hidden a little wonder! You buy your fresh fish for example at the Senol Balikçilik fish shop 2 meters from the Marmara restaurant which then prepares and cooks it to perfection for you. All you have to do is sit down and choose from the many delicious hot and cold mezzes to accompany your catch of the day. Cheaper and nicer than the marina's restaurants. A small glass of raki to finish and it's a party! Friendly waiters.

First of all, its shaded terrace at the edge of the water is marvellous, one could spend the day there. Then, the welcome is particularly nice. You choose your favorite mezze in the window or you let yourself be guided by the extremely nice waiters if it is too difficult! The fish is caught in the morning and sold by weight. Check the prices first. Everything is homemade. Nice selection of local and foreign wines. Great place!

Sakir the owner (in love with Paris) welcomes you since 2005 with a smile and proposes an excellent regional cooking based on fresh products at a very correct price (rather rare in Bodrum). Here everything is made at the minute and the portions are very generous. Great choice of kebabs (the adana dürüm with its precise and spicy seasoning is a marvel), soups (try the one with red lentils), lahmacun and authentic local dishes. Friendly and fast service.
