A little outside the city, near the airport, this immense 29,000 m² complex offers all kinds of services inviting you to relax: ten indoor and outdoor thermal pools, whirlpools, six saunas (there's even one with a large cinema screen inside!), sixteen slides, three restaurants and several bars. Under the gigantic glass roof, it's 30 degrees all year round. The tropical atmosphere is rounded off by a host of palm trees and exotic plants. A free shuttle service runs from the center.

Located in the Tineretului park, opposite the Multi-Purpose Hall, this sports club offers a wide range of activities: fitness, spinning, tennis (five courts), soccer (two courts)... It also has a spa and massage facilities. In summer, the place is particularly popular for its semi-Olympic outdoor swimming pool, 25 metres long, bordered by a lawn where you can stretch out and enjoy a drink. Pool parties are sometimes organized. The club also features an indoor pool. There's also a trattoria.

Located on the banks of Lake Tei, in the upscale neighborhoods, this vast sports complex boasts fitness rooms, soccer and squash courts and several swimming pools: one indoor and one outdoor for swimming, as well as a children's pool and another dedicated to relaxation. Courses are available in all areas. Pescariu is also home to the renowned Tenis Club București, with outdoor and indoor courts available for hire. On the service side, you'll find a spa, a restaurant and a day-care center for 3-10 year-olds.

This is a great place to try out the virtues of mud anointing. This small complex is located on the shores of the Techirghiol salt lake, renowned for the black mud that lies at the bottom, with thermotherapeutic properties: it helps the body capture the sun's heat, which is very good for relieving rheumatism, among other ailments. Coat yourself in mud, leave to dry for 20-30 minutes on a deckchair on the sand, then rinse off in the lake. Mud massages are also available. A separate area is reserved for nudists.

These two neighboring complexes offer a total of ten thermal pools: indoor and outdoor wave pools, water games, children's pools... The Félix zone is enhanced by five water slides. The complex also offers food and beverage outlets, bars, a confectionery, free sun loungers, volleyball and soccer pitches, a sauna, play areas and more. In season, entertainment is organized (aquagym, zumba, tournaments, etc.). The Apollo zone is open all year round, while the Felix zone closes in winter, from October onwards.
