Getting around by bus and coach Bulgaria

Located 200 m from the railway station (not to be confused with the Serdika station which serves international bus lines). Most major destinations in Bulgaria are served by buses from this station. Many private companies have their own ticket offices in the large central hall where you can buy your tickets. For the city center: metro line 2 and streetcars 1 and 7 in front of the railway station at 200 m. You are 20 minutes walk from the city center.

Varna, a city in Bulgaria, offers a bus service called Bus Biomet. Departure and arrival times vary according to destination. For example, to get from Sofia to Varna, departures are scheduled at 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 10:30 p.m. and midnight. For the reverse journey, from Varna to Sofia, departures are at 7.30 am, 9.00 am, 11.30 am, 1.00 pm, 4.30 pm, 5.00 pm, 7.00 pm, 8.30 pm, 10.00 pm, 11.00 pm and midnight. Timetables are also available for other destinations such as Veliko Tarnovo, Albena, Ruse, Tutrakan, Silistra and Burgas.
