This wine cellar is easily identified with its rose cow right in front, when you pass on the edge of the Rhone, on the edge of the right bank and the left bank in the town of Avully. The estate is run by Céline & Laurent Dugerdil, Frédérik Serdaly (Céline's companion) and their cultivation head José Vasquez. The know-how of the vine has been continuing for generations. Their production covers three communes: Avully, Dardagny and Choully. They cultivate thirteen grape varieties there, in an environmentally friendly way (integrated production). In recent years, their philosophy has joined the school of biodynamy, and they apply it on some of their plots. Their menu is therefore very rich, with names as varied as the traditional monocépages (chasselas, white, grey, black, pinots, gamay, Merlot…), but also blends with names as nice as the "Sybillus", the "Rassembleur", the "Camerlot", and even the "Gridou" (sweet wine) and the "Barjak" (sparkling). A beautiful team, beautiful projects.

The estate has opted for environmentally-friendly cultivation and insecticide-free products in line with integrated production standards. Nature is respected, and viticultural work is mainly carried out by hand. All the estate's slopes are AOC Premier Cru, and the wines are ripe and concentrated. The Sauvignons are fruity, the Merlots barriqué. Several red varieties are aged in oak barrels. A wonderful encounter with people who are passionate about their terroir.

Paradis de Bacchus, that's for sure! We work with passion, following the rhythm of the seasons. This respect for the terroir gives rise to white wines from Choully and Peissy: chasselas, aligoté, pinot blanc, chardonnay de Peissy, sauvignon and paradidoux (sweet wine). Choully rosé and red wines: gamay, rosé de gamay, pinot noir, pont des soupirs, pinot blanc, pinot noir, diable rouge (syrah), pont des soupirs blanc (viognier and sémillons) and diable blanc (merlot). A visit to this superb winery is well worth your while to discover the entire wine-making process.

This small family estate with a cheerful temperament offers you Chasselas grape varieties with the Epesses wine "La Boursière", AOC Lavaux, a Dézaley "La Gruyre", AOC Grand Cru, a Calamin AOC Grand Cru. Merlot grape variety with a Merlot grand cru. Aromas sometimes sweet or mineral, sweet or fruity. To be tasted every Saturday in summer and by appointment out of season. The Hegg family attaches great importance to the authenticity of the products.

Offering magnificent views of the lake and the Alps, Domaine des Faverges (15.4 ha) was owned by the Abbey of Hauterive for almost seven hundred years before becoming the property of the State of Fribourg. Tours of the historic building and cellar, and tastings of traditional Lavaux grands crus such as Domaine des Faverges, a certified organic chasselas Saint-Saphorin grand cru, AOC Lavaux, or innovative wines such as L'Évidence, pinot noir, also certified Swiss organic.
