Internetcafé Planet 13 is an online, committed and militant cyber cybercafé. With a team of thirteen nationalities, this cybercafé is open to everyone and to the world. People from precarious social backgrounds, from all cultures and from the neighborhood learn to know each other, exchange and break prejudices. It comes to ask for advice to write documents or to initiate IT, create its website… Cybercafe offers a host of cultural and social activities daily: free language courses: Arabic, German, English, French, Italian, modern Greek, Schwiezerdütsch, Spanish or Hungarian, movie evenings, corner for all printing and document scanning, volunteers for advice and preparation of administrative records. In addition, all workshops and services are free. 

La Poste offers a wide range of online services, including tracking, letter and parcel delivery, and personalized postage stamps.
