Founded in 1985 by Coluche, Restos du Cœur fights poverty and exclusion in all its forms. In 2024, 75,000 volunteers welcomed 1.3 million people and served 163 million meals at 2,348 sites throughout France. In addition to food aid, the association works to promote access to rights, employment, housing, culture and vacations. In the face of growing precariousness, the Restos remain a pillar of solidarity, supported by volunteer commitment, donations and actions on the ground.
