La Brasserie de France is a brewing school with brewing classes for individuals. L'Atelier Vins de terroir: 40 minutes during which you taste, in pairs, four appellations from the north to the south of Burgundy. Introduction to wine tasting: 3 appellations and a 40-minute commented tasting of a Crémant de Bourgogne, a white and a red. The cellar opens its doors for a visit and a tasting. You will discover the secret of the First Bubble of the world and the functioning of the cooperative cellar, the work of the vine, the grape harvests and the wine making. Since 1531, the wines of Limoux develop fine bubbles during a second fermentation in the bottle. Since 1946, the local winemakers and teams have been making Limoux wines evolve remarkably well. There are really days when one would like to become a student again because the wine university at the Suze-la-Rousse castle is a magical place. The university opened its doors in 1978. Les petits crus offers a real experience around wines and cheeses. First, you choose the formula, either you test 4 or 6 pairings, then you choose your cheese board: mild, strong, creamy, or favorites. The wines arrive in small bottles, the cheeses on a slate.
