A show creator since 1979, a center for theatrical research, touring shows... the Théâtre du Versant has been able to display its differences in a wide variety of shows. During the season, our actors bring to life the Cité de l'Océan's technological illustrations. All year round, projects abound. During the vacations, the theater offers workshops for children and teenagers. It's also a place of residence, in the middle of a 13,000m² wood, for performing artists, a laboratory and a creative center.

Well known to the inhabitants of Cazilhac, this association created and played in 2005 pieces inspired by contemporary authors: Words of Jacques Prévert - at the Cigalière - and Noëlle Renaude texts - at the Trioletto in Montpellier. In addition to representations, the objective of this work is to allow actors to gain access to their own knowledge, to develop their capacity for concentration, to receive and to give emotion, to work their imagination and creativity through exercises on body, voice, group dynamics, improvisation… Lessons take place on Tuesday - of a. m. to p. m., for adults and Wednesday - from a. m. to p. m., for teenagers, at Vargos Castle in Cazilhac.

The history of the TNB began in 1949. Formerly the Centre Dramatique de l'Ouest and the Maison de la Culture, the two structures merged to become this major theater venue with a fine national reputation. Directed by Arthur Nauzyciel, the TNB is a Centre Européen de Création Théâtrale et Chorégraphique, with a cinema and a École Supérieure d'Art Dramatique. The director is surrounded by some twenty associate artists, including Julie Duclos, Vincent Macaigne, Keren Ann and Mohamed El Khatib, all of whom contribute to the richness of the programming, which has nothing to envy the major Parisian theaters. Festivals are also on offer, as are encounters, performances and concerts.

In 2006, the Strasbourg Conservatoire, founded in 1855, moved to the Cité de la Musique et de la Danse. This renowned school trains musicians, dancers, choreographers and actors. Once their students have passed through the hands of teachers with rich and demanding programs, they present the fruits of their hard labor to anyone who wants to attend an evening event in the auditorium.

Plus: masterclasses, events, lectures and shows are open to the public by reservation, although many are free of charge.

Place of residence and creation for professional actors and dancers. The workshop allows professional companies to benefit from a quality work space. Also workshops for theatrical practice for children aged 6 to 14 years and adults are held at the Théâtre theatre workshop; animated by Agnieszka Bihel. At the Scenofolies, it is the choice of texts for amateur or advanced texts and improvisation courses for all. A moment of relaxation and learning of comedy for all ages. The courses are run by professional actors and take place at home for all Boris Vian. The workshops address a different approach to theatre. Improvisation workshops for beginner and advanced adults are Monday from a. m. to p. m. and from p. m. to p. m. They take place at the end of the year at shows or games. Children's courses take place through fun games, vocal and personal exercises - Tuesday from a. m. to p. m. and for teens on Wednesday from p. m. to p. m.

A wizard's version of a theater school: your children have been dreaming about it, and now it's a reality! In Pessac, in the premises of Eventyr, the largest immersion game in Europe, was born this unique place. In a fantastic atmosphere and in settings inspired by the world of Harry Potter, courses are offered for children and teenagers, from 6 to 15 years old. Every Wednesday, classes are given by teachers in costume. On the program: acting, eloquence, improvisation, voice over, hypnosis, stunt... All the jobs of the cinema!

In the heart of Parc Saint-Cyr, MJC La Paillette brings theatrical practice to life in all its diversity. Alongside the Vilaine River, the former La Lavoir building is the heart of a variety of artistic practices, a meeting place for local residents, professionals and volunteers. The newly-built theater, with its glass roof, welcomes companies from all over France, with some 50 shows every year. The Les Envolées festival rounds off the season. For a month, more than 600 amateur artists from our practical workshops perform here.

L'école du jeu is a drama school located in Paris, more precisely at 36 Rue de la Goutte d'Or in the 18th arrondissement. It offers a three-year professional training program in dramatic arts, divided into two levels. The first level, consisting of two years, enables students to acquire the technical fundamentals and seriousness required for the profession. The first year focuses on developing the actor's physical, technical and mental capacities, while the second year delves deeper into the concepts of stage dramaturgy and character construction. The second level, which lasts one year, is designed to reinforce the mastery of the notions covered in the first two years and to develop the actor's creativity. The acting school also offers preparation for national competitions for those who wish to take part. Candidates are selected on the basis of an audition, and the course is eligible for various forms of funding, including Pôle emploi, OPCO and CPF credit.

Founded in 1997, this theatre company aims to develop amateur practice with all generations. The workshops led by Pierre Soullard and Marianne Wolfsohn are directed to the beginners as confirmed. The company regularly offers training courses on different topics, such as puppets, light games or on-stage travel. Among the shows played in recent years, "Women too", on the commitment of women in the Resistance, and "Words of beet", a work of collective memory on culture and the sugar industry. The association also works with two giants, Rigobert and Florimonde, who participate in some performances, accompanied by their daughter Bertille.

Theatre is improvising at ARTI, so let's leave timidité in the closet and start yourself in the arena. A nice practice, good child, that will allow you to develop your relationship with others, your imagination and your trust in you. Words such as weapons, humour for shield, take part in improvisation games, friendly confrontations between two teams, managed by a coach, who improvise on themes drawn out and invented by the arbitrator. You will only have 20 seconds to think, before you start, with your team, on the playground and build a story, sometimes comic, sometimes dramatic or poetic… The public is invited to participate actively in this show, since each spectator has a multi-dimensional voting card which allows him to designate the team that seems to deserve the point at the end of each improvisation. A chausson, distributed at the entrance, allows him to express his dissatisfaction with the players or the referee, a master of ceremonies to prescribe the show. All on a background of music in a passionate atmosphere.

Led by theatre professionals, and not wise, yes, but not so beasts, because concerned about the city, and passage, in the heart of the city that one. Because theatre is also and perhaps mainly transmission, these workshops direct all their attention to the oft-contested connotations, but which take the meaning of the act here. This company has, moreover, preferred the word'actor'to that of an actor, since it is in the sense of acting that it intends to open these sessions to the participants while guiding them towards this initiative. In such a framework, it is even permissible not to be wise.

The teachers are here, alternately, authors of performances and songs, créatreurs of theatre school, assistants of creative creations, directors of dell'arte or Chekhov, or even a simple state-run graduate school. The presence of professionalism is therefore no longer to prove, and moreover it does not seek it, opting for the discovery between participants and stakeholders. A theatre school is discovered, and then it happens, and here it is known.

Located in the Borderouge district of Paris, the Théâtre de la Violette is a tiny 50-seat venue that stages shows for all audiences, including some for the very young. The shows are poetic, musical, funny or playful, and come in small formats (20 min to 1h30). The theater also has a local outreach mission, and doesn't stop there: it offers your children the chance to take to the stage... from the age of four! It's a great way to overcome shyness, learn to reach out to others, develop your imagination and exercise your artistic talents in a friendly environment.

MINOU (Mouvement d'Improvisation Novateur Ouvert et Utile) is enjoying great success thanks to its innovative concept. Theater enthusiasts love to get together for evenings where good humor and laughter are guaranteed. This theatrical improv troupe from Metz offers improvisation matches in which the actors, real players, compete against each other on themes chosen by lottery. It's up to the audience to vote for the team that has seduced them the most. Training workshops are also available for those wishing to discover improvisation or perfect their skills. It's the place to go to unwind.

The Square Bubble made a specialty of courses, courses and other initiations in theatre. This Toulouse company organizes training sessions open to beginners as well as beginners, teenagers and adults, improvisation festivals and performances for all audiences. The improvisation is learning and the company offers courses year round! For businesses, the Square Bubble has also concocted special sessions to strengthen links and train to team spirit, such as putting managers in a company into situations… The Square Bubble also organizes an improvisation festival with companies from all over France, a good opportunity to discover the theatre of improvisation.

Actor and founder of the Grenier Théâtre, Francis Azéma is also a teacher. He created the School of Theatre, convinced that every actor, however gifted, must "learn the rules of the game if he wants to do theatre well and for a long time". Diction, interpretation, body in space, listening, silence... The school, which recruits by selection, now offers four workshops. Francis Azéma's workshop is organized in two sessions per year. The other three are run by Grégory Bourut, Samuel Caprini and Philippe Canizarès, who offer annual sessions on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Good to know: with the J'TEM festival, the Grenier Théâtre is involved in the Jeune Théâtre Émergent.

For children between the ages of 6 and 12 the week and during school holidays, these theatre courses offer several forms of workshops in the comedy workshop at the confirmed workshop. They prefer work on the emotions, the concentration, the preparation of the scenes… They offer an exit in a Parisian theatre, and the presentation of a show at the end of the course. One of the fine projects of these workshops is described by the association as follows: beyond the reductive image of theatre (classical art), discovering contemporary theatre, but also discovering beautiful classical texts.

The Théâtre des Ateliers d'Aix-en-Provence, under the direction of its founder Alain Simon, director, actor and theatre author, is not content with creating and disseminating theatrical works, it is dedicated to training. On the margins of the creation and programming of performances in different places, the Workshops offer interventions, events, workshops and training a training company, class for young actors, proposes readings, meetings, courses, courses, entertainment for children… This theatre is also the framework for the Paul Cézanne School option and the program Week of the Option with a dozen representations of student work each year.
