Read moreCreated in 1945, the Breton Circle of Nantes is one of the main actors in maintaining the Breton culture in Nantes and Loire-Atlantique. The assoc organises traditional Breton dance courses: gavotte, year-ord, hanter, wrinkled, avant, quadrille, maraîchine, round of Sautron or gavotte of the Aven, kerouézée, passepieds…. They take place on Wednesday evening and often bring together more than 100 dancers… A moment of sharing well in the Breton spirit! The Breton Circle in Nantes also offers a workshop for children between the ages of 6 and 12, all levels on Wednesdays from 18 am to 19 pm. Every Friday evening, a singing group meets as of. Annual membership includes access to these dance courses, within the limits of available places… During the year, don't miss fest, Breton balls, conférencés and other outings.
