It's a great experience, especially as he also offers complete training courses so that you can eventually take off on your own.

Budding artists or future music professionals meet in this school created in 1994. Just a stone's throw from downtown, on the other side of the Loire River, professional musicians teach the practice of modern and amplified music. The leisure courses are aimed at experienced amateurs, while the teachers also offer training courses leading to a diploma for future professional artists. Professional artists are also accompanied to finalize their project. Group workshops, individual classes and master classes are part of the school's daily routine. And to get on stage, the school offers multiple opportunities, at the music festival and in partner festivals.

There have been many twists and turns in recent years for Tours FC, the Tourangeau club ranked in Ligue 2 in 2018-2019, then downgraded to National 3 and then Regional 1 following successive administrative demotions. Finally, for the 2023-2024 season, the club is still presided over by Jean-Marc Ettori (and has been since 2013), and it's in National 3 that the Ciel et Noir players are once again playing, still supported by loyal fans! Rowing is an endurance activity that can be practised outdoors, in a setting that's ideal for getting away from it all. You can row on your own or with a crew, and the club also offers group AviFit classes, a rhythmic, musical activity supervised by a certified coach.

The Tempo Loco is the place that was created by the city of Tours to accompany music groups lacking rehearsal or recording space. Specialized in contemporary music, this centre for creation and information provides musicians with five rehearsal studios, four soundproofed and equipped with equipment (sound system + drums + guitar and bass amps), one of which is accessible to the disabled and a specially equipped studio dedicated to electronic music. Already 38 years old in 2024 for the Conta workshop, quite a longevity for this quasi institution. The courses are given there, since 1986, by Jean-François Conta, graduate of the École Supérieure des Arts Modernes et du Design Contemporain de Paris please! Skateboarding, rollerblading and scootering put on impressive shows. Featuring wooden modules and a wide mini ramp, the indoor skate park is the largest in the Grand Est region. "Akila Gruissan Pôle Étang" is a sailing school for beginners and advanced sailors. The certified staff is very attentive and able to teach different levels. Several sports are practiced such as wing foil, windsurfing, funboard, optimist or canoe... The material park is of very last technology to progress in the best conditions. The magnificent pond of Mateille is a secure place ideal for learning these various disciplines.

For those who are not afraid to hit the ball, squash is certainly one of the sports where you can let off steam the most, but beware of those who lack breath! In the gorges of the Aude, 5 minutes from Axat, on the road Do-Romeu, Pisciculture Pisciculture is an ideal place for lovers of nature. In group, in family, in couple you can try fishing. Samuel will be happy to have you visit his fish farm and discover his know-how. Several forms are proposed: trout fishing (equipment made available), retail sale of the four different colours (fario, rainbow, fountain salmon, Arctic char), educational visit tracing the different stages of rearing. 150 000 fish are born here every winter! Most of them are detinée to the repeuplement of rivers in the region. The site is very pleasant for an introduction to fishing. Fishers leave with their fish paid by weight: € 9 per kilo.

This aquatic complex of five pools (two of which are outdoor) invites you to enjoy water in all its forms: water jets, pools, whirlpools, massage bench, bubble plate, water slide... Covering an area of 42 ha, this artificial lake was put into water in 1984, fed by the Farges stream. Swimming is supervised in summer. Reg Alcorn is a conference artist, painter and animator of painting workshops, dance, percussion. Passionate about painting and music, after studying England and staying in different countries, he discovers the music workshops in Paris. Drummer in different jazz and improvisation orchestras, he meets with African, French and American musicians. By creating interdisciplinary workshops (percussion, dance and painting), he develops his own plastic expression. The University choir in Burgundy is changing its name this year to become Voice Adventures. This changemet of identity comes from the willingness of the chorites to be more representative of the work they evoke. Indeed, every year is an opportunity for amateur or experienced choristers to form singing thanks to their head of heart, Frédérique Magnien, and occasional speakers who are professionnes of different aspects of vocal technique. This vocal and especially human experience repeats every Tuesday evenings, in tutti and by desk, from to, in one of the rooms of the Nantes House on the university campus (17 Jeanne d'Arc Boulevard) between Jeanne d'Arc Chapel and the Faculty of medicine. Moreover, the choir works two or three weekends in the year, either in Dijon or outside.

With the undeniable return to favor of silver-based photography, a passionate collective of Marseillais has been working since 2018 to offer quality developments and, above all, to train you in the necessary techniques. Formerly based at the Couvent Levat on the Belle-de-Mai, the Olab collective now has its own little shop-workshop a stone's throw from the Cours Julien. The club rents windsurfing, optimists, sailing boats, pedal boats, canoes and kayaks, and offers training and development courses, without accommodation, for small and large. For those who do not want to get wet, it is also possible to practice hiking, archery and fishing. Rowing is here the king sport and practice all year round, in competition and in leisure.

In a 165-hectare park, this golf course is set between chestnut, beech, larch and birch trees. Slopes, counter-slopes, overhanging slopes, forests, water and other bunkers add to the challenge. Located just 10 minutes from Dijon, the Bluedreen golf course in Quetigny offers a vast area of greenery and valleys to all golf lovers. Created in 1990 by the architect Chris Pittman, it represents a beautiful training area with 90 practice stations. The 18-hole course, crossed by the Mirande river, will be the occasion of a beautiful stroll appreciated by all profiles of players. The inhabitants of Quetigny will benefit from a special rate, while adults as well as children will be able to take lessons from a professional in private or in group.

Arc-sur-Tille, located in Burgundy, is home to Alliance Dijon Arc Voile, a sailing club offering a variety of nautical activities. The club has a website where visitors can find out more about sailing courses and paddle, windsurf and catamaran rental. The catamaran is the main boat used by the club. It's easy to access and ideal for beginners. It is equipped with a mainsail and jib. Catamarans enable you to sail safely with friends or family. What's more, they are adapted for people with reduced mobility, enabling everyone to enjoy the water. The club has 20 catamarans at its disposal, and also offers memberships for those wishing to join.

Burgundy is the ideal region for cycling or mountain biking: small roads, charming villages and beautiful landscapes will always be present throughout your hikes in Côte d'Or. At Randonneurs Randonneurs everyone can practise their favourite sport, without any spirit of competition competition. The club is made up of two sections, one of which is wheelchair touring (Road section) and the other is the green bike in roads and forests (mountain bike section). The club has 138 members, so it is one of the largest FFCT clubs in the Burgundy region. To allow the largest number of participants, each section is divided into groups of levels.
