The creators and craftsmen are present in Martres for the love of earthenware. The craftsmen master earthenware, ceramics, porcelain, stoneware, and travel from France, the Netherlands, Spain or Algeria to present their achievements. Since 2021, a space is dedicated to young designers from the Occitania region. They are invited to compete for the "Young Designer Prize". Workshops and demonstrations are offered to the public. The show is a must for lovers of art and traditions!

Organised since 1989 and installed in Istres during its first six editions, Savim Autumn then migrates to Marseilles, confirming each year its status as a reference appointment in southern France. The fair in the photo, in 1964 created by two passionate, Jean and André Fage, attracts a public always many (30,000 visitors in one day).

Talks receipts are transmitted from mother to daughter. Indeed, each in the canton has its own family'secrets ', but the basis remains the same: a superposition of fine layers of pasta, apples, baked oven and fed with a "slightly" alcoholic syrup. The decoration, the so-called glass hat, is also composed of oiled and sweetened pieces of dough, handmade and individually cooked. But the essence of secrecy lies in the hand of the artisan. Sale and entertainment all day in the presence of thirty craftsmen.

It has been a tradition for almost 30 years. On 1 May 2017, the event organized by the Association Les Amis de la Bastide, the Fair aux Fleurs, will celebrate its 27 ^th edition. A nice rendezvous in the heart of Tournon-d'Agenais that lovers of beautiful plants would not fail under any pretext. The programme of magnificent flowers, but also exhibitions, musical animations… All in a friendly atmosphere with the village associations.

This is a sacred tradition in the medieval village of Penne-d'Agenais. The festivities of the Talks fair will begin on Saturday with a country meal. As well as every year, in addition to the numerous animations, the most curious can discover and perhaps even participate in the competition of the best salty or sweet talks that will take place on Sunday morning just before the induction of new "tourtièraires" by the brotherhood of La Talks.

On the program, arts and craftsmen of ancient trades: blacksmiths, leatherworkers, glass engravers, jewelers, cabinetmakers, basket makers, booksellers and others sell their products or demonstrate their know-how. Various workshops are organized (calligraphy, archery, goldsmithing, etc.) and medieval companies perform all day long: acrobats, fighters, chivalry tournaments, equestrian fire show... Everything is provided for you to eat at the tavern. The setting on fire of the castle and a fireworks display conclude the festival in beauty.

As every year, at the end of November and at the beginning of December, the village of Monflanquin celebrates the Saint-André fair. This fair has been in existence since the creation of the Charter of Customs of Monflanquin in 1256. Once again the programme will be rich and diversified throughout the weekend with musical animations, a carnival, exhibitions, a handicraft market, etc.

For over 20 years, the brown has been honoured every year and in all directions with Beynat. Dawn at sunset, entertainment, demonstrations and tastings will delight children and adults, professional and curious. The "giant" (chestnut cake) is one of the main features of this award-winning annual fair and its division at the end of the day is a moment symbolic and friendly awaited.

In this fair that has been run for over 28 years, beekeepers book the star. Each year, more than a dozen exchanges with visitors on their expertise, their knowledge of the local fauna and flora and exhibits their products: variety of honey but also derived products such mead, the royal jelly, nougat, gingerbread, sweets… Workshops are presented by local artists: pottery, trompe-l'oeil painting or old machines and tools made of wood.

The traditional Chèvres goat's fair stands at the foot of the abbey for 40 years during which its success has never wavered. A free event that allows you to enjoy the beautiful animals, to taste and buy regional products (cheeses, wines, sausages…). Grills and refreshments are offered by the party committee. Not to mention the famous wine fountain!

This is a trip to which this literary salon, not like others, invites… A real journey since it starts with boarding on board a ship or plane to connect Enez Eusa, Ushant, the island of the end or the beginning of the world. For this 10 th edition the programming will certainly reserve very nice surprises… Exchanges with writers, readings, conferences, meetings in literary coffee, exhibitions, music, dictée, new… five days at the meeting of dozens of publishers coming from around the world presenting a unique panorama of island literature, including the classics as the most recent publications.

Organized under the impulse of the Aubrac breeders' association of the Pays d'Olt, this festival aims to highlight the values of the quality of the meat of the Aubrac breed. Consumers are informed about local gastronomic products, including the famous aligot. In the morning, 90 animals are presented on the old beef farm. You can admire them and discover this beautiful breed. In the evening, a traditional meal prepared by the breeders on the Cours Haut is organized and the accordion invites you to a convivial moment!

Every year, nearly 35 potters from all over France meet for two days in Saint-Céré in the Lot. It is an opportunity for these craftsmen to show their creations, but also their know-how through workshops of turning and demonstrations of sculpture. You will learn more about the different techniques of shaping, enameling and firing. A ceramic café will offer drinks to be enjoyed in the ceramics of the artisans present.

Epoqu'auto is another show with classic cars and motorcycles. It is organized by the Club des Amateurs d'Automobiles Anciennes since 1979. More than 80 000 visitors come to admire the vehicles during the three days of the show. Each year, some brands are honored, many clubs are present with their most beautiful models, but also dealers of parts, miniatures, restorers, artists. Without forgetting the auction allowing to see the evolution of the car market and eventually sell or buy a car.

This book event, which focuses on reading for children aged 0 to 6 years, is highly appreciated by young people and their parents. This day allows young people to meet the authors and illustrators of their favourite heroes, which is very instructive and formative, but also to discover new writers and literary styles. Throughout the day, activities are scheduled, which makes this show very dynamic. A great opportunity to make this wonderful world of literature a reality, and to leave with a signed book and gifts to offer.

Usually held on the last Sunday of April, it brings together more than a hundred exhibitors and about forty craftsmen who showcase their works and products. We note in particular painting on silk, earthenware and porcelain, ceramics, leather, knitting, cross stitch, jewellery, wood and stone sculptures, blacksmith, potter, wood turner (craftsman working in front of you), painter on canvas... A Village of the Book is a place where one cares more about making books, reading and writing very present; a place where one tries to highlight all the actors in the book chain, from the author to the reader by passing, of course, by the printer, bookbinder, publisher… to the bookseller. This is in any case the path chosen by the Book village of Ambierle. Throughout the year, the association organizes numerous events around the book. In April, June and September of the book markets, as well as monthly salons, literary cafés and other meetings, from authors, authors and artists in residence, debates and conferences, bd, workshops of all kinds: reliure, foil, calligraphy, stationery manufacturing, and even poetry contests. On-site year-round: Flower de Sapience, Letters and Pallets, La Bouquinerie and La Bartavelle.

An established tradition in Pouilley-Français for over three decades, the Salon des Saveurs d'Automne is a must-attend event that showcases the region's terroir. With nearly 200 exhibitors, including 40 organic producers and 35 craftspeople, it offers an exceptional showcase for local producers. Maintained by dedicated and dynamic organizers, supported by a hundred or so passionate volunteers and loyal partners, the fair is a veritable feast of flavors, with tastings of pressed apples, pumpkin soups and all-regional meals.

It is the annual meeting place for hikers for more than 30 years!
