For 27 years in Honfleur, in Philippe Géraud's personal gallery, one can find originals as well as a large choice of limited prints and other editions. Bertrand Trocmez, a member of the Comité professionnel des Galeries d'Art, has settled in Clermont-Ferrand in the heart of the historic district. He is interested in modern and contemporary art, particularly the artists of the Forces nouvelles movement, of which Robert Humblot and Henri Jannot are members, as well as the abstract artists of the New School of Paris. What do we particularly like in this gallery? The vaulted cellar of the 12th century where ceramics from the 50s and 70s are displayed, and more particularly the zazou aspect of the Accolay potters. Also on display are sculptures, paintings and engravings by the Auxerre artist François Brochet (1925-2003), who is also responsible for the statues of Cadet Roussel, the poet Marie Noël and the writer Nicolas Restif de La Bretonne that adorn the historic centre of Auxerre.
