Opened in December 2017, Le Bidule, originally a vegan restaurant, is struggling to find its place in the heart of the historic centre of Orléans. Apparently, rue Mercière is not the one we think of when we are looking for novelties. Full of strong institutions in charge of feeding, with more or less joy, Lyon residents but mostly visitors come in gourmet territory, rue Mercière is not popular to change establishments.
