Day 1: JOUR 1
Agoro Lodge to Anaf (5 HRS)
You'll be picked up at Mekele airport or at the hotel, and will do about 2 hours of driving and flat walking from Agoro, then start climbing for about 600 meters before reaching the plains with a trail to Anaf Guesthouse: about 3000 m. and 3 hours of trekking.

Day 2: Day 2
Day 2: Siheta TO Gohagot (4-5) HRS
Trek through the great Gohagot valley, discovering the daily activities of farmers. Overnight at Erar Community Guest House. You'll have the chance to see geladas.

Day 3: Day 3: Trek from Gohagot to Shimbreyti (4-5 HRS)
After breakfast, we walk up the escarpment for a while before descending gently to the beautiful valley of Degamba village. On the way, you'll visit the rock-hewn church of Mariam Buzuhan and a very old man-made rock tunnel. Don't miss the chance to see the Gelada baboons that live here.

Day 4: Jour 4 : Trek Shrimbeyti à Muzitey (2 HRS). Route vers gheralta (1 HEURE)
After breakfast, two to two-hour hike, first down the mountain to the valley plains where the trail takes you through rural villages before meeting your pick-up vehicle. Drive for around an hour to Gheralta. After lunch, you can discuss with your local guide an afternoon excursion to visit Maryam Korkor or the rock-hewn church of Abuna Yemata.
