Stay : Gastronomic stay in Reunion Island

From the gastronomic restaurant to the food-truck via the truck-bar, or even on the markets, nibbling on the go, in all conviviality, bouchons (Chinese raviolis) and samoussas, Reunion Island is a land of flavor and scent. Some people cook their dishes the old-fashioned way, over a fire of acacia or filao wood. It is impossible to escape the unavoidable trilogy of rice-cari-grain and rougail.
