Stay : Namibia: two weeks in the South

Day 1: Arrival in the capital
Steps: Windhoek
Arrival formalities in Windhoek, car rental, final reservations and purchase of equipment if necessary.
Day 2: The Kalahari Desert and its red dunes
Morning departure to the Kalahari, arrival in the early afternoon. Walk or drive to discover the beauty of the red dunes.
Day 3: En route to the south, step in Keetmanshoop
Steps: Keetmanshoop, Fish River Canyon
Continue south with a stop at Quivertree Forest and Giant's Playground near Keetmanshoop and arrive at the end of the day at Fish River Canyon.
Day 4: Fish River Canyon, a natural jewel
Steps: Fish River Canyon
Visit the largest African canyon and the second largest canyon in the world since Hobas. It is possible to combine the different viewpoints arranged, by car, but be aware that hiking is also a very popular activity in the region. To be planned, depending on the time you have available.

Day 5: Visit Fish River Canyon
Continuation to the other end of the canyon, at Ai-Ais, and day punctuated by stops to admire the landscape, then a moment of relaxation to enjoy the waters.
Day 7: Lüderitz, port city
Steps: Lüderitz
Direction Lüderitz to spend one or two days there as you wish. Between ocean and desert, with its German colonial architecture in the Art Nouveau style, the city of Lüderitz has a special atmosphere. And when you think of a port city, you also think of the ideal place to enjoy all kinds of seafood!
Day 8: Lüderitz and the ghost village of Kolmanskop

Day 10: Sossusvlei red dunes

Rise at dawn for the ascent of red dunes in Sossusvlei, photo stop at Dead Vlei and visit the canyon of Sesriem.

Day 11: The Atlantic Coast: Swakopmund or Walvis Bay

En route to the coast and Swakopmund or Walvis Bay. Afternoon shopping and relaxation in the city, meals in the restaurant and sunset on the sea.
Day 12: Visit of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay
Steps: Walvis Bay, Swakopmund
Nestled in the Désert desert, between sand dunes and ocean, Swakopmund is considered a luxury seaside resort. Its preserved colonial heritage makes it a popular destination for Europeans. An amazing atmosphere reigns there. 30 km from Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, a port town, is located on a lagoon that attracts quantity of pelicans and pink flamingos.
Day 13: Swakopmund and Walvis Bay: a host of activities
Steps: Walvis Bay
Plan your activities according to your interests, sandboarding, quad biking, kite surfing, paragliding, parachute jumping, boat trips, visits to the city centre, the offer is vast. Walvis Bays will delight bird lovers.
Day 14: Return to the capital
Steps: Windhoek
Back to Windhoek! End of the trip. A little shopping if you have some time left.
