Diaz Point is a strange place with a lighthouse, a campsite and a coffee shop. A bit of civilization after 20 km of rocks! At the end, a raised rock accessible by a bridge where one discovers a magnificent view of the (very often) raging sea whose foam comes to throw itself on the coast. A copy of the cross that the Portuguese Bartolomeu Diaz planted in 1487 stands proudly. It is possible to continue on its way and reach Grosse Bucht to the south. Cover yourself warmly because even in the middle of summer, the cold wind blows your hair out!
