Day 1: Transfer Day to Ilulissat
Steps: Kanger Lussuaq, Ilulissat
Transfer via Copenhagen (1:55 a. m.) or Reykjavik (3 h flight), one night on site. Possibility of stopover sometimes by Kangerlussuaq if you don't find a direct flight to Ilulissat.
Day 2: Discovery of the "capital of icebergs"
Steps: Ilulissat
Guided tour of Ilulissat, possibly accompanied by a local guide, to discover the old town, the old Danish colonial houses, the port and the church of Sion erected in 1779. Why not take the opportunity to visit the house of the great explorer and ethnologist Knud Rasmussen (1879-1933). At the end of the afternoon, try to sign up for a kaffemik to meet Greenlanders over a cup of coffee with a cake or a Greenlandic speciality. If the skies are clear, head out to watch the mesmerizing ballet of the Northern Lights! Night in Ilulissat.

Day 3: Start of the dog sled circuit
Get acquainted with your Greenlandic musher and dogs and finally leave for a polar expedition worthy of those led by Knud Rasmussen at the beginning of the last century! Each coupling consists of a driver and a passenger (or several), drawn by 9 to 15 dogs arranged on the ice. This four-day adventure begins, far from any civilization, among the frozen fjords and majestic mountains. Nights under tent or in a fisherman's hut.
Day 4: Race on ice
Steps: Kanger Lussuaq
In the footsteps of local fishermen fishing halibut through a hole in the ice, traverse part of the ice cap and frozen sea on more than 1.50 m thick.
