You won't want to miss this agency's highly visible office on the harbor. Founded in 1999, Seatours offers excursions on the waters of Breiðafjörður and among the islets of Hvammsfjörður. One of our favorites is the Viking Sushi Tour, with tastings of live-caught shellfish! Seatours also acts as a ferry, serving the town of Brjánslaekur, this time from Stykkisholmur. Please note that in bad weather, some routes may be suspended, so check the weather conditions.

Bus 57 (Reykjavík-Akureyri) serves Akranes from the capital in around 45 minutes. From Akureyri, the journey is much longer, taking around 6 hours!
