GAŠPEROV MLYN

The old mill in the village of Batizovce, Gašperov Mlyn, has been transformed into a real gourmet restaurant. The place is magical because of its sober and refined atmosphere, but above all because of the unique taste experience it offers to its visitors. Indeed, Jozef Breza, the chef, revisits Slovak cuisine with extreme finesse using the most local products possible. The 4 rooms of the establishment are also tastefully decorated to the last detail. We are not afraid to say that this is the best restaurant in the country.
