THE HANDKERCHIEF
Read moreThe easiest way is to drive by car to the parking lot near a farm at the top of the village (at the foot of the old ski trail). From here you can take the path that climbs in the forest or directly the old ski trail. The normal path then follows the old ski trail, which will have to be left on the right to take a trail that walks in sous and then in pastures. The summit offers a magnificent view of the Grenoble agglomeration and all the surrounding areas.

COL DE L'ARC AND PIC SAINT-MICHEL
Read moreThe Saint-Michel peak, like the Moucherotte, dominates the Grenoble basin. To make this pleasant hike you can leave from different hamlets of Lans-en-Vercors. The shortest step is to drive by car to the Tallow Parking car park (on the road to the snow stadium). The Allières (cottage-restaurant) are available. From here you can take a circuit by joining the Arc de l'Arc, then the Saint-Michel peak through its southern edge. The descent will take place through a beautiful trail that leaves a little north of the summit.
SORNIN AND WOLF'S TOOTH TRAY
Read moreThis easy hike can be done on foot in summer or snowshoes in the winter. Two paths lead to the old village and the Plateau plateau. The first part of the village itself of Gears. The second (sharper and more direct) part of the hamlet of Fournel. The old village of Sornin is easily reached, with a very interesting water point in summer. By continuing, beyond north-northeast, you can reach the tooth of the Wolf, which is a beautiful viewpoint on the valley of Isère and on the Chartreuse. This summit is (alas) easily recognisable because it runs a high-voltage line.
