The chef Ciaran Cunningham is more than fine the kitchen. The cuisine is tinted there traditions Irish. The sauces tasty and are built, cooking meat and fish perfect, excellent ingredients, presentation. In a superb setting because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor of Golf Club du Palmerstown House. You do not regret!
