Long before Alserkal Avenue, Meem Gallery was the first gallery of modern and contemporary Arab, Iranian and North African art in Al Qhoz in 2005. At the initiative of this gallery are the collector and connoisseur of Sharjah, Sultan Sooud Al-Qassemi, the businessman Mishal Hamed Kanoo and the British collector and art historian Charles Pocock. Among the monographic and group exhibitions that the gallery offers, you will be able to appreciate, among others, the works of Dia Azzawi, Kamal Boullatta, Zhivago Duncan or Mahmoud Obaidi.
