Founded in Damascus in 2006 with the desire to highlight Syrian contemporary art, Ayyam settled in Dubai in 2006 and became one of the leading artistic spaces in the Arab world, promoting the best of contemporary art in the Middle East. It represents internationally renowned artists such as Samia Halaby, Nadim Karam and Sawan Dahoul. The gallery publishes small booklets on artists' works, very informative to understand contemporary regional art.
The gallery has two exhibition spaces in Dubai, the second in Alserkal Avenue, Al Qhoz, where you can ask to see, if you are a buyer, the huge warehouse of over 3,000 works of art.
