This mosque built in 1986 with 4 Ottoman-style minarets houses 21 domes and is open to non-Muslims in Dubai City.

The Al Farooq Mosque, built in 1986, is nicknamed here the Blue Mosque. Recognisable from afar, thanks to its 4 Ottoman-style minarets rising more than 55 meters high, the mosque houses 21 domes and looks like the Blue Mosque of Istanbul. Organized tours allow the visitor to better understand Islam and ask any questions that arise. It is the only mosque with the Jumeirah Mosque open to non-Muslims.

Opening time and information on AL FAROOQ OMAR BIN AL KHATTAB MOSQUE

Open daily with visits at 10:00 am and 11:00 am and in the afternoon at 4:15 pm and 6:00 pm. Prayer times may change. Best to reserve by calling or emailing in advance. Long sleeves, loose fitting clothing and coverage for ladies, no shorts. Clothing is available for loan for the visit.
