Wolfi bike shop rents and sells high quality bikes for a day or for longer periods if you wish. Every Friday morning, they also organise outings through their group Dubai Roadsters for experienced cyclists. In winter, the departure is at 6.30 am and the minimum distance is 85 km at a speed of 35 km/hour. To do your running (or walking), we have selected 3 courses for you. An excellent way to discover the city with spectacular views of the Skyline and the sea. The best known is the one along the beach. 14 km long, it starts from the beach next to the Burj Al Arab to the canal via Kite Beach. On the crescent of the Palm, you can also run 11 km with a breathtaking view of the Marina. At the Marina Walk the course is 3.5 km but is on asphalt, so bring a good pair of sneakers.

It's a self-service bike rental. Once you download the app, you're all set. Here's the list of locations where you can pick them up: Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Al Barsha, The Greens, Internet City, Media City, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai Canal, Karama, Mankhool, Al Qudra in the desert. However, you will not be able to cycle around the whole city. It is not possible to use the green running trails and beware of heat stroke during the hot season.

The calisthenics also called Street Workout, very popular lately, allows physical training using one's own weight. This new old method dates back to ancient Greece. It allows you to train for free, anywhere, as long as you find a place to hang. In Dubai, this landscaped park located in the middle of the Marina is very popular. Dressed as rangers, staff members will give you all the details to make this outing an unforgettable excursion. We advise you to take water with you and not to venture off the marked trails. The trails are classified by order of difficulty and well indicated. At the end of your trip, you will be able to eat in one of the food trucks and cafés available at the reception centre.

We really enjoyed this excursion to discover the surrounding mountains. Don't forget to ask for your map and all the necessary explanations at the ultra welcoming centre of Hatta Wadi. The staff dressed as rangers is very available and don't hesitate to ask them for directions to get to the start of the trail and not to confuse it with the mountain bike circuit. No need to remind you that it is essential to carry sunscreen, glasses and cap, not forgetting water. It is better to wear good shoes.
