Gallery of eight rooms in two villas with temporary exhibitions. The center offers courses for children and adults

In Dubai, in 1976, a group of expatriate women with the help of influential UAE nationals launched the Art Society of Dubai (later Dubai International Art Centre). A first exhibition of works by ten artists was held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Deira between May 30 and June 2, 1976. In 2004, DIAC left its original home and moved to its new location near the Mercato shopping mall with the motto "Art for All".
