J'ai sejourne au Novotel Al barsha dans le cadre d'un seminaire. J'ai eu la chance de sejournee dans plusieurs Novotel a travers le monde , mais celui de dubai al barsha m'a agreablement surpris par la qualite de son service. Tout d'abord lors du check in ou le receptionniste nous a tres bien accueilli mais aussi au restaurant, C'est toujours agreable d'etre servi par quelqu"un de souriant , de chaleureux mais surtout qui parle votre langue. Je reviendrai surement dans cet hotel pour mon prochain sejour a dubai

Le premier atout est sa localisation pour un prix plutôt modique : à même pas 5 min du métro qui lui-même est entre les principaux quartiers, d’un cote la Marina et JBR et d’autre part le Dubaï Mall avec sa tour et ses fontaines. Pour ceux qui préfèrent Mall of Emirates, c’est juste à côté. Hébergement plutôt confortable, quelques bémols : salle du petit-déjeuner bruyante et piscine trop petite et mal orientée.

Très bon hôtel ! Nous y avons séjourné en avril 2016 avec notre bébé de 4 mois.
Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Literie de qualité.
Personnel accueillant et disponible. Même si on ne parle pas parfaitement anglais, le personnel fera son possible pour satisfaire nos demandes.
Très bien situé : près d'une station de métro et du mall of emirates.
