Welcome to the temple of meat. Nusr-and takes its name from the first name of the famous Turkish butcher, Nusret Gokce. He is also known for his special way of salting it. Using three fingers, he confidently salts his dishes: the result is more than 31 million followers on Instagram. He even initiated a petition sent to Apple to create an emoticon in the image of this famous gesture.
