Nico Romito is a self-taught driver who quickly rose to the top of the rankings by earning three Michelin stars. Three watchwords: simplicity, authenticity, balance. This simplicity, however, is very complex in the elaboration: (very) slow cooking, vacuum packing, research of textures, rare products... The result is unequivocal: a festival of flavours! But if you're looking for the classic Italian restaurant, you'd better go elsewhere. The tomato consommé is a pure marvel and the lemon water served at the end of the meal is a delight.
