There are very few Australian restaurants in Dubai, especially upscale ones. Bushman's will delight fans of the genre, in an authentic, relaxed setting with numerous references to the island-continent: a wall covered with boomerangs, animal tracks on the floor. For an immersive experience, try national dishes such as kangaroo sirloin steak. The prime rib is exceptional, as is the chef's signature Pavlova dessert, prepared right at the table. The wine list offers a fine selection of Australian vintages. Extra service.

Sehr schöne Außenterasse. Qualität der Speisen ist top. Wir hatten Wagyu Carpaccio und Tenderloin. Die Garstufe war perfekt.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der super Service. Vielen Dank an Ade, der uns einige Abende sehr gut beraten und bedient hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Service is ridiculous got seated straightaway took 20 mins to get a bottle of water 30 mins to take our order 40 mins for a beer and a further hour to get our meal the place wasn’t even busy people were walking out we went from another hotel to eat there wish we hadn’t bothered over priced for a bit of fatty wagyu steak
