Post covid-19 Health Protocol
As part of the Emirates Group, health and safety has always been a top priority for us at Arabian Adventures.
We have now put in place additional safety, health and security measures to ensure the highest level of safety for our customers, in accordance with local and international regulations and best practices.
WTTC Safe Travels Stamp
In recognition of this, Arabian Adventures has been awarded the World Travel & Tourism Council's "Safe Travels" seal. The specially designed seal recognizes authorities and companies around the world that have implemented health and hygiene protocols aligned with WTTC travel safety protocols.
Our fleet
We have implemented advanced disinfection measures for our entire fleet, using a high-pressure misting method and an Emirates Group approved disinfectant.
In accordance with the guidelines of the UAE Road and Transport Authority, strict physical distance guidelines are followed in all our vehicles with pre-allocated seat allocation. Some seats and rows have been closed or made inaccessible to facilitate this requirement.
Wet wipes and hand sanitizers are available in all vehicles. Highly sensitive areas, such as door handles or armrests, are regularly disinfected.
Our Team
Before starting an excursion or activity, our teams conduct a health check including non-contact temperature monitoring and continuous health surveillance.
Our customers
Before our excursions and safaris our guests are subjected to a non-contact temperature control and we provide them with a "travel hygiene kit" containing an extra mask, gloves and hand sanitizer for extra comfort and safety.
Our camps in the desert
Our camps and facilities in the desert meet the highest possible safety and hygiene standards in accordance with the guidelines of the Dubai Tourist Board. The layout of the camp has been reorganized according to social distancing guidelines. A regular disinfection programme has been put in place.
Guests are assured of an exceptional and safe culinary experience. The tables have been moved away from each other and a complete disinfection of the tables and seats is done after each use. A waiter service has been set up for all customers.
An adequate number of hand disinfectants and careful line/queue management are maintained around our camel riding experiences. The faeces are sanitized after each ride. We allow only one person per camel.

BAD: ATV in package is writhing a confined space. Mostly flat ground. They say must pay extra AED 100 per pax. to do ATV at the dunes. The package as advertised is misleading.
Once you reach the site, it is very chaotic. You will be passed from one person to another. It felt like a human trafficking exercise. Driver A brought us to the site. Driver B brought us on sand dunes bashing. We were then left stranded and after asking around, Driver C brought us to camp. Lots of time wasted in a chaotic environment. by which time you start wondering if you will get all that is promised in the package or be rushed to do things so that it all finishes within the time slot. Unpleasant experience.
